I tried to contact customer care no response at all. the operator of Airtel money can't comfirm in other way he turned off the process meanwhile my Airtel money account is busy with transaction.on a daily basis. I m congolese from DRC I can't withdraw money, the notice given. It s very disappointing, disconcerting.the way you are handling your business, I trusted this company wholeheartedly but you let me down. I m not satisfied because I can deposit money but I can't withdraw after a win after meeting all the requirements
